These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you" or "your") and se999 (hereinafter referred to as "se999", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://se999.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Website").

se999 is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform primarily serving users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the se999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, linked or multi-accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile telephone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.
se999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or certain features are enabled on your Account:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting se999 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to the conditions set out in Section 6 (Withdrawals) and outstanding KYC requirements.
Deposits into your se999 Account must be made using payment methods authorised by the Platform from time to time. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed on the Platform's cashier section and may be updated periodically.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Platform and the relevant payment provider. Currency amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or such other currency as may be made available on your Account. Current minimum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
All Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the relevant payment provider and are the responsibility of the User. se999 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. se999 does not guarantee fixed processing times; timelines depend on the withdrawal method, the user's verification status, compliance review requirements and the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider.
se999 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe following approval of all required verification. Processing times beyond se999's control — including those governed by banks, e-wallet providers and payment networks — are not guaranteed. Method availability and compliance requirements vary by operator and jurisdiction.
Funds in Accounts that have been inactive for a period specified in the Platform's current inactive account policy may be subject to maintenance charges or, in extreme cases, forfeiture. Users will be notified before any such action is taken, in accordance with applicable law.
se999 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, refer-a-friend programmes and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible Users. Each Promotion is governed by specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
se999 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of:
All bets, wagers and game participation on se999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting market, as displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook interface. The following general rules apply across all gaming verticals.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User except where explicitly permitted by a specific game's cash-out feature or applicable sporting market rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or manifest pricing error, se999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the Stake to the User's Account. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error shall not be paid and will be reversed.
Cricket betting markets available on se999 — including PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series and other international fixtures — are offered for entertainment and wagering purposes only. se999 has no official partnership, affiliation or data-sharing arrangement with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating franchise or team. References to these bodies are purely contextual.
se999 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day or per event. Current limits are displayed in the relevant sportsbook or game interface. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
se999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable persons. The following provisions are non-negotiable obligations on both the Platform and the User.
Access to the Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Any use of the Platform by a person below the minimum eligible age is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one business day of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, se999 will take reasonable steps to ensure you do not receive promotional communications.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the se999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.
All content on the se999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software and documentation (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of se999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform Content without se999's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit se999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which se999 holds its operating license, as specified in the operator's license documentation.
se999 does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
Pakistani users are specifically reminded that online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani federal and provincial law. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users should seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in their province or territory.
se999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, se999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification, on-site banner announcement or by updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure.
